Do I have to send in my steering wheel?
No. Your wheel is built new on its own factory core, so your car stays on the road while we build. There's no core charge or core exchange.
What carries over from my factory wheel?
Your factory airbag module, button pods and harness, horn and paddle shifters (where equipped) move to the new wheel, with no coding. The heated wheel keeps working when you add heating retention ($75). If your car has hands-on lane-keep detection, add driver assistance transfer ($25). Airbags are never included or shipped.
How long does it take?
Building starts after you approve your build confirmation and takes about two weeks. Most orders arrive 4–6 weeks after approval, and we commit to shipping within 6 weeks of approval.
Will I see my wheel before it ships?
Yes. We send photos of your finished wheel, and you have 48 hours to approve them or point out anything that doesn't match your approved build.
How much is shipping, and is it insured?
Every U.S. order ships insured at no extra charge: Standard $49.99, Insured + Signature Required $59.99, or Hold at a FedEx location $49.99. There's no separate protection fee at checkout.
Can I get a matching airbag cover?
Yes. A matching cover is $175 when you order it with your wheel, instead of $225 on its own (you save $50), and it ships in the same box.
What's the warranty?
24 months on the carbon shell's structure and clear coat, and 12 months on stitching, LED displays, heating and other electronics we supply. Full terms are on our Warranty & Returns page.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Shop Pay Installments or PayPal Pay Later at checkout.
Do I need a professional to install it?
We recommend a qualified technician, because the airbag module is moved to the new wheel. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram anytime with install questions.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free within 24 hours of ordering. Production never starts before that window closes.
