01 — Limited warranty

Every CarbonPower steering wheel is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal road use, starting on the delivery date:

• 24 months: the carbon fiber shell and frame (delamination, structural defects) and its clear coat (cracking, bubbling or peeling not caused by impact, chemicals or outside heat).
• 12 months: stitching and seams, LED RPM displays, the heating function and other integrated electronics, and wiring or connectors we supply.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Examples of what is covered

• Delamination or structural defects in the carbon fiber shell or frame
• Clear coat cracking, bubbling or peeling that is not caused by impact, chemicals or heat damage
• Stitching separation or seam failure under normal use
• LED RPM strip, heating function or integrated electronics failing due to a manufacturing defect
• Faulty wiring or connectors supplied by CarbonPower

02 — Not covered

• Installation, removal, labor, diagnostic, coding or dealer programming costs
• Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring or incorrect voltage
• Normal wear of leather, Alcantara, suede, stitching or the grip surface, including fading, pilling, shine and stretching
• UV fading or discoloration, heat damage, moisture, chemical or cleaning-product damage
• Scratches, chips, impact damage, accidents, abuse or misuse
• Racing, track, off-road or competition use
• Products that have been modified, cut, drilled, repainted or repaired by anyone other than CarbonPower
• Natural variation in carbon weave, forged pattern, leather grain or stitching
• Factory (OEM) parts transferred from your original wheel, including the airbag module, buttons and paddles

03 — How to make a warranty claim

1. Email carbonpowercustoms@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos and video showing it.
2. We review your claim and reply within 3 business days. We may ask for more photos or for the item to be returned for inspection under a return authorization (RMA).
3. If the claim is approved, we repair or replace the item, at our choice. We cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.

Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period. If you want an approved replacement before you send the original back, see "Replacement before return" in our Refund Policy.

04 — Damaged, incorrect or defective on arrival

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and before you install anything. Report damage, defects or an item that does not match your approved build within 48 hours of delivery to carbonpowercustoms@gmail.com, with:

• your order number;
• photos of all sides of the outer box and the shipping label;
• photos of the inner packaging; and
• clear photos or video of the damage or defect.

Keep the box and all packaging until your claim is resolved, and do not install a damaged item. Items that have been installed, test-fitted or modified are not eligible for return.

05 — Cancellations

• Within 24 hours of purchase: full refund.
• After 24 hours, before production begins: 30% cancellation fee; the rest is refunded.
• After production begins or after shipment: cannot be canceled, except that you can always cancel for a full refund if we miss our ship-by commitment (see our Shipping Policy).

06 — Returns and restocking

Every return requires a written return authorization (RMA); packages sent without one are refused.

• Defects, wrong items, builds that don't match your approval, or transit damage reported within 48 hours: returned free, with a prepaid label.
• Built correctly but you no longer want it: request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be uninstalled, never test-fitted and in its original packaging. A 30% restocking fee is deducted, original shipping isn't refunded, and you pay return shipping. Builds with custom logos or artwork can't be returned unless defective.

Duties and labor are non-refundable.

07 — Resolution

For an approved claim, CarbonPower will repair the item, replace it, or refund the product purchase price, at our discretion, after inspection.
